We first met Ronnie through a client of her, who raved about her abilities.  We were not disappointed.  Ronnie is a professional's professional.  She understood the market pricing, the likely buyers, and all the details necessary to sell and close.  She actually sold our place, at our price, located in the Tara Golf and Country Club in Bradenton, in a day!  Then, she performed all the hand holding and advice we needed to navigate to close on time.  No  issue was too small or too large for Ronnie to handle.  Her assistant, Gabrielle, was also extremely easy to work with and contributed to the smooth closing we eperienced.  If you're loking for a realtor, Ronnie DeWitt is who you're looking for.  Good luck!

Ronnie just helped us buy a house and she was awesome!  The housing market is less than ideal for buyers in Florida right now but she was on top of the entire process.  It took us 5+ months to secure this house..we looked at countless homes andhad 3 offers on homes before we found our new home.  She was always happy to meet us and get us in the door!  She is very knowledgeable and patient and really stayed on top of the listing agent, the lender, the inspections and seh even came to our signing.  We will absolutely use Ronnie again when we look for our next home.  I'd give her six stars if I could...She's a superstar.

They should add the words "Super Agent" before Ronnie DeWitt's first name!  If anyone is looking for the Very Best then please do yourself a favor and contact Ronnie DeWitt  A.S.A.P!!  She and her staff are the best that my wife Gayle and I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with!!!  If you have ever had a problem with a realtor getting back to you when you have a problem or question this won't happen with Ronnie!!!!  She will call you sometimes answering a concern you might have even before you contact her about it!!!!  I got the price I was asking plus a little more thanks to Ronnie!!!  We loved dealing with Ronnie because she was not only our realtor but throughout the process she became our friend.  I know you may be thinking I was a friend prior to contacting Ronnie or a family member writing this glowing review but I was and am not.  Ronnie is everything I described and more!!!  Thanks Ronnie for being you!!

We had so many questions, so many requests, and so little time. Ronnie was always responsive, working through late nights and   weekends to make sure that we got our dream Home.
